Aquaventure is a water park in Dubai, located inside the Atlantis hotel, built at the northern end of the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. It is one of the city’s major attractions thanks to its numerous water slides and water games and is open all year round. It is always hot in Dubai and finding refreshment in the water is always welcome.
At Aquaventure, there are numerous water games, the most adrenaline-pumping of which include Aquaconda (the world’s widest water slide, which simulates a sea snake), Zoomerango (where you fall vertically and defy gravity), Poseidon’s Revenge (where you are placed in a capsule and launched into free fall at over 60 kilometres per hour) and Sliterine (the world’s first double water slide, where you can race with your friends and break records).
But there are also games more suitable for children and the whole family, artificial rivers to swim or with fun donuts and pools for a relaxing swim.
To visit the wonderful Aquaventure park, you can choose from several solutions: skip-the-line ticket, combined entrance with other attractions, or entrance ticket with a swim with dolphins.
Access to Aquaventure also includes the possibility of using the adjacent 700-metre-long beach, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
To avoid queues at the ticket offices, we recommend that you buy your Aquaventure entrance ticket directly online.
For just a few Euros more, you can buy a combination ticket that also includes admission to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where you can see 65,000 marine animals.
If you want to see the dolphins of the Dolphin Bay at Atlantis the Palm up close, buy a combination ticket. After a 15-minute session with an instructor you will spend 30 minutes in the shallow waters of the Aquaventure Waterpark with the dolphins.
Alongside Aquaventure, there are a whole range of parallel activities to do with marine animals. You can book an entry to the pool and feed the stingrays, see the sharks up close or spend an afternoon with marine wildlife experts who will share their knowledge of these fascinating creatures with you.
A number of really interesting events and shows are also planned at the Aquaventure water park, both for visitors and for private events. For example, it is possible to reserve part of the park for corporate events, such as team building sessions or receptions with clients, but it is also possible to use the facilities for birthday parties. By the way, the admission ticket to enter Aquaventure on birthday is free of charge.
Of course, there is also a food court, which fully reflects what Dubai is all about – a huge, cosmopolitan city. There are in fact 16 different restaurants and kiosks, presenting cuisines from all over the world from Thai to Korean, from burgers to ice cream to fresh juices.
City Card allow you to save on public transport and / or on the entrances to the main tourist attractions.
